Installation is quick and easy!
Follow these simple steps to install QuickCheckup
Fitness Evaluation Tool on your computer:
- Locate
the installation file setup131.exe using Window's
Explorer or your other favorite file location
method. This file will be on the program
installation CD or saved on your PC hard drive if
you obtained your product copy electronically.

Double-click the file to begin the installation
process. Follow the instructions presented by the
installation program. The default destination
folder is C:\Program Files\QuickCheckup, but you
may change the destination location if you wish.
- Close the
Winzip program when the installation process is
complete.
- Remove
the program installation CD from your DVD or
CD-ROM drive if you are installing from a CD.
When
finished, the destination folder you specified
should contain a whole list of files including one
named index.htm. This is the file you double-click
to start QuickCheckup Fitness Evaluation Tool.
Starting
QuickCheckup Fitness Evaluation Tool
Start
QuickCheckup Fitness Evaluation Tool by
double-clicking the file index.htm. This file is
located in the folder where you originally installed
the program.
The first time you run QuickCheckup Fitness
Evaluation Tool you will see an Activate program
page indicating the program needs to be activated on
your computer prior to use. Review the information
and License agreement presented here, then enter the
Registration Code your received when you purchased
the program and click ACCEPT.
Once you click ACCEPT, QuickCheckup Fitness
Evaluation Tool creates the necessary runtime data
and automatically navigates to the Home program
page. The Home program page is the page you see from
this point forward when you start the program.

Removing
QuickCheckup Fitness Evaluation Tool
Follow these steps to remove QuickCheckup Fitness
Evaluation Tool from your computer:
- Locate
the folder where you originally installed
QuickCheckup Fitness Evaluation Tool using your
favorite file location method.
- Start the
program by double-clicking on the file index.htm.
This file runs the QuickCheckup Fitness Evaluation
Tool program.
- Once the
program is running, select About QuickCheckup from
the navigation menu. This action displays the
About program page.
- Scroll
the browser window down until you reach the About
program page section labeled Uninstall.
- Follow
the instruction provided to remove QuickCheckup
Fitness Evaluation Tool from your computer.
