comparison ranking and color-coded performance
classification with noted health warnings.

Report- Using your most recent performance,
displays suggested goals for your next evaluation.

Report - Shows your progress by charting all
active fitness evaluations in color-coded
graphical and text formats. This feature includes
charts for overall results and detailed evaluation information.
Adjust the available report settings to control
the amount of information displayed. You may
review previously stored fitness evaluations or
future performance projections by clicking the
appropriate status link.

Know what
results to expect
For
immediate gratification, you can see how your hard
work will pay off. Use the Projection Report to see
future performance projections based on the results
of your active fitness evaluations. Once you have
at least two active fitness evaluations completed,
you can run a Projections report that shows expected
weight loss, strength performance and a variety of
other statistics.
